Welcome to the Pregnancy Centers in Colorado Springs.

The Pregnancy Centers have been trusted by women and families in the Colorado Springs community for over 25 years. The Pregnancy Centers are committed to impacting and transforming lives by providing practical support, counseling and education. All services are offered free of charge in a confidential atmosphere that promises compassion and respect to every individual.

The Pregnancy Centers are staffed by licensed medical personnel, experienced administrative staff, and trained lay counselors.

Pregnancy is a lifetime decision. Many of the women we serve are facing an unexpected pregnancy. At the Pregnancy Centers they find real answers and real help that allow them to make the most informed decision. Lifetime decisions are never easy, but when you educate yourself you can be confident you made the best decision.

At the Pregnancy Centers you can expect to receive accurate information about pregnancy, fetal development, lifestyle and relationship issues, and related concerns. We do not offer or refer for abortion; however we provide information and education about abortion procedures and risks. At your visit you can expect:

Our services include free pregnancy tests, pregnancy options counseling, classes** on pregnancy, parenting and prenatal care, and post-abortion counseling. We also have Spanish speaking counselors and male counselors available specifically for men.
