The best way to determine if you are pregnant is to schedule an appointment with us for a reliable medical quality urine pregnancy test. Our tests are free and can detect an early pregnancy. Based on specific criteria, our medical person will determine if an appointment for an ultrasound exam is needed.

Walk-ins are welcome, however we suggest you schedule a time to come in to meet with us. Please call the office closest to you to schedule an appointment.

How far along am I?
Your gestational age and due date will be estimated based on the information you give us about your last menstrual period.

What are symptoms of pregnancy?
A missed period is the most common indication of pregnancy but it doesn’t necessarily mean you are pregnant.

Common pregnancy symptoms:
  • Late menstrual period
  • Tender or swollen breasts
  • Frequent urination
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Fatigue
  • Lightheadedness or fainting
  • Backaches
  • Food cravings or aversions
  • Darkening of the nipples

Do you have other services?

Yes. We offer:
  • In addition to free pregnancy testing, we offer lay counseling and education on pregnancy, abortion, adoption and parenting options.
  • Through our LifeSteps programs prenatal information and practical support and education for you and your baby throughout your pregnancy and after your child is born.
  • Information on sexually transmitted infections and sexual Integrity to help guide you in making good decisions about your relationships.
  • Post-abortion counsel for individuals and in groups to help women and men who are dealing with the effects of a past abortion.
Do you offer testing for sexually transmitted infections?

At this time, we do not offer testing for sexually transmitted infections. We recommend that if you do think you have a sexually transmitted infection, you schedule an appointment with your physician immediately. If you do not have a physician, please contact the El Paso County Health Department, 719-578-3199.
